These providers may use the collected data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertising, measure ad performance, and improve their own services, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
4. How We Use Information
We and our third-party partners use the collected information to:
- Authenticate players and maintain game accounts and progress
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Game
- Display and measure the performance of in-game advertisements
- Analyze usage trends and diagnose technical issues
- Personalize gameplay and, where applicable, advertising content
- Comply with legal obligations
5. Advertising and Analytics
The Game displays advertisements served through Google AdMob and Unity Ads. These networks may use advertising identifiers and other device data to serve ads that may be tailored to your interests, and to measure ad effectiveness. You may be able to limit ad tracking through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
We use Google Analytics, Unity Analytics, and platform-provided analytics (App Store Connect / Google Play Console) to understand how players interact with the Game so we can improve gameplay and fix issues.
6. Children's Privacy
Shoot n' Stew is rated for all ages and may be played by children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of young players and comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (including provisions on children's data, "GDPR-K"), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions where the Game is distributed.
For players who are children under the applicable age of digital consent (13 in the U.S. and in many other countries; up to 16 in some EU member states):
- We configure Google AdMob and Unity Ads to serve only non-personalized, contextual advertising and to disable behavioral ad tracking, in accordance with each network's child-directed treatment settings.
- We limit the collection of precise location and persistent advertising identifiers where a child-directed ad configuration is in effect.
- We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary for the Game to function (e.g., a PlayFab-generated player ID for save/progress purposes).
- We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts using personal information such as real names or email addresses without appropriate parental consent mechanisms where required by law.
Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information beyond what is described above may contact us at mzlew@frostymob.com to request review or deletion of that information.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With the third-party service providers listed in Section 3, to enable their respective functionality
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FROSTYMOB STUDIO, our players, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
8. Data Retention
We retain player data for as long as necessary to provide the Game's services and for legitimate business purposes (such as analytics, legal compliance, and dispute resolution). Third-party services listed above retain data according to their own policies.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Because Shoot n' Stew is distributed globally through the App Store and Google Play, players in different regions may have specific legal rights over their personal data, including:
- EEA/UK players (GDPR): the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data; the right to data portability; and the right to object to processing, including for advertising purposes. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- California and other U.S. state residents (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which may include certain advertising-identifier sharing with ad networks).
- Other jurisdictions: many countries have similar data protection frameworks; we aim to honor equivalent requests regardless of your location.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mzlew@frostymob.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can also manage certain data collection directly through your device: - Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device's privacy/ads settings - Opt out of personalized ads / "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" where offered by the platform or ad network - Disable analytics/crash reporting where the platform allows it - Delete your account/data by contacting us or through in-game account deletion options (if available)
10. International Data Transfers
As our third-party service providers (Google, Unity Technologies, Microsoft/PlayFab, Apple) operate globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These providers maintain their own safeguards for international data transfers.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
